1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the ProXPL programming language, compiler, tools, and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. License to Use
ProXPL is provided as an open-source project. Usage of the compiler and standard library is governed by the MIT License (unless otherwise specified in particular components). Any tools or services provided via this website are for your personal or professional use subject to these terms.
- You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
- Automated access (bots, scrapers) is permitted only for legitimate search indexing or as part of documented CLI usage.
3. User Content
Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ProXPL and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ProXPL makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein.
PROXPL IS EXPERIMENTAL SOFTWARE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE LANGUAGE OR TOOLS WILL BE FREE FROM BUGS, VULNERABILITIES, OR DATA LOSS.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ProXPL, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
